I run my own server and also successful one of them was rustic roleplay. ► Do you have any experience with ULX commands or logs?: Yes ► Explain what ULX Warn, Kick, Ban, Jail, Freeze, Mute and Gag do: ULX Warn - Is where you warn someone for breaking nlr or rdm. Kick - Is where you are able to kick a user for breaking the rules. Ban - Same goes with a kick but with a ban, they won't be allowed back on for a certain amount of time or even permabanned. Jail - Jail is where you jail someone for being rude or breaking the rules so you can give them time out in instead of kicking them. ► What are logs and what are they used for?: Logs are very useful when handling a situation with to or more people that have broken a rule so staff members use the logs to give us proof that it did happen or it didn't  ► A senior admin is abusing, what do you do and why?: Personally, I would call the head of staff or the community manager and explain what has happened and give them some sort of proof to show that it did happen but if there is no higher up staff for you to tell them to make sure you have it recorded. ► The server is lagging and freezing, you check the console/logs to see someone spawning a large amount of props, what do you do and why?: I would warn them and ban them off the server for preventing a server crash.
